Shipping & Logistics:
For Customers in Taiwan:
Service fees do not include round-trip shipping. You may choose to send your bracelet via Local Courier, 7-11, or FamilyMart, or bring it directly to our physical store.
For International Customers:
International clients are responsible for all round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Due to varying cross-border logistics regulations, please contact our Customer Service via LINE or Email before shipping your bracelet to ensure a smooth process.
When to restring your crystal bracelet? We recommend checking your bracelet's elastic cord regularly. If the cord starts "fraying," "loses its elasticity/becomes loose," or if you wear it frequently (daily wear, frequent exposure to water), it is highly recommended to restring your bracelet every 6 to 12 months. This prevents the cord from snapping and losing your precious beads.
