What payment methods do you accept?

For International Orders: We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and Apple Pay. For Orders within Taiwan: We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), Apple Pay, LINE Pay, ATM Transfer, and Zingala (installment plans).

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, orders must reach a minimum of NT$200 to be shipped.

How long do I have to complete my ATM transfer?

Please complete your payment within 1 day of placing the order, otherwise the system will cancel it automatically.

Can I modify my order after checkout?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is submitted, the contents, payment method, and shipping details cannot be altered. Please double-check everything before checking out.

Can I merge multiple orders to save on shipping?

No. Our system cannot combine separate orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Natural Characteristics You May Notice:

Cloudy Inclusions: Internal white, cloud-like formations that are a hallmark of natural quartz.
Internal Fractures: Natural stress cracks formed naturally during the crystal's growth.
Natural Pits: Small surface cavities or indentations that remain after polishing.
Color Variation: Uneven color distribution, which is completely normal for natural stones.
Minor Polishing Marks: Slight marks or chips that can occasionally occur during the cutting and polishing process.
Flat Spots: Beads may occasionally have slightly flat edges due to its natural structure.

Because of these natural phenomena, no two crystals are exactly alike. These "imperfections" are exactly what make natural stones so unique and endearing. Just like you, every crystal is one of a kind!
