How to Join & Upgrade
Simply register an account to receive a NT$50 shopping voucher and start enjoying member benefits.
We offer multiple ways to sign up. Please ensure you use the same email address, as we cannot merge spending or points across different accounts.
Once upgraded, your member tier status is valid for 365 days.
If a refund or return drops your total accumulated spending below the required threshold, your membership tier will be adjusted accordingly.
Earning & Redeeming Points
Points are credited to your account 7 days after an order is successfully completed (delivered). Canceled, returned, or uncollected orders will not earn points.
Points are tied to your specific account and cannot be transferred or merged with other accounts.
1 Point = NT$1. There is no cap on how many points you can apply to a single purchase.
Points earned within the current year will expire on March 31st of the following year. Expired points will be automatically cleared and cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
Birthday Vouchers
Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Vouchers are automatically issued by the system on the 1st day of your birthday month. You must enter your birthday in your profile before this date. Late entries will not receive a voucher retroactively for that year.
Once your birthday is saved in the system, it cannot be altered.
If you return an order where a birthday voucher was used, the voucher is considered "used" and will not be reissued or refunded.
Kindly Note for International Customers: Birthday vouchers can only be used to deduct the product amount at checkout and cannot be used to offset international shipping fees, customs duties, or cross-border taxes.
Free Shipping Vouchers (Diamond Members Only)
Free shipping vouchers are automatically issued to Diamond Members monthly. Please note that free shipping benefits are strictly applicable to orders within Taiwan only and cannot be applied to international shipping.
Tier Downgrades & Account Restrictions
1. To ensure fairness during our social media sales (IG Livestreams/Posts), violating any of the following rules will result in a one-tier downgrade (e.g., Diamond becomes Platinum, Platinum becomes normal member). If a normal Member violates these rules, their purchasing privileges will be suspended and blacklisted. Violations include:
Failing to complete payment before the stated deadline.
Accumulating 2 offenses of either requesting to remove an item after claiming it or returning partial items from an order.
Canceling/Returning an entire order
※ Notes: Checkout deadlines are always announced during the livestreams or in the posts. Returns due to non-human factors—such as items damaged in transit or incorrect items sent—will not count against your account.

Account Termination
If you choose to delete your account, or your account is suspended due to policy violations, all points, vouchers, and member benefits will be permanently forfeited. If you re-register in the future, you will be treated as a new member, and previously lost points cannot be restored.
