International Shopping Guidelines

We currently offer international shipping to the following regions:
Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.

International Shopping Guidelines 

  • Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.

  • International orders do not come with a 7-day return policy. Except for items with actual defects, returns and exchanges are not accepted for overseas purchases. Please double-check your order details before checkout. If needed, feel free to contact us via LINE or Instagram before placing your order.
  • Only selected items are available for international shipping. Please browse the International Shopping Section for eligible products.
  • Crystal minerals are natural materials. Aside from raw mineral pieces, carved items and jewelry components undergo processes such as enhancement, cutting, and polishing. Due to the nature of minerals—including their growth patterns, structure, density, hardness, mining conditions, and polishing process—features such as natural pits, internal fissures, stone lines, inclusions, slight flat spots, or uneven drill holes may occur. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects; international orders with these features cannot be returned.

Shopping Guide 

Step 1. Go to the “International Shopping Section” on our website and select your items.

Step 2. Add the products to your cart.

Step 3. At checkout, choose the shipping option that matches your country or region.

Step 4. Enter complete recipient details in Chinese or English, including full name, phone number, address, and 3+2 postal code.

Step 5. If you need bracelet resizing, please write your exact wrist size (net size) in the order notes.

Step 6. Payment: All international orders must be paid by online credit card, including VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, or Apple Pay.

Step 7. Wait for your order to be shipped.

Shipping Options & Fees

  • We ship exclusively via 【SF Express】.
  • Import duties vary by country. If your local customs requires taxes or additional fees (including remote area surcharges) when receiving the package, these costs must be paid by the buyer. Please note that customs duties are charged by the destination country’s customs office—not by our store. If you have questions about potential duty fees, please contact your local customs authority for more information.

 Estimated Delivery Time

  • International orders are shipped every Wednesday.

    Orders placed between the previous Wednesday and Tuesday 3:00 PM (GMT+8) will be dispatched on Wednesday.

     If a public holiday occurs, the shipping schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

    Hong Kong / Macau / Japan / South Korea:

     Estimated delivery time is D+3–5 days, depending on local courier processing.

    Other regions:

     Estimated delivery time is D+5–10 days, depending on local delivery conditions.

Shipping Policy 

  • During peak seasons or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.
  • If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect address information, refusal to accept the parcel, or other human factors, any additional fees or losses will be the responsibility of the buyer. Fruition also reserves the right to terminate membership and add the customer to a restricted list for repeated issues.
  • If a package is returned: In cases of unjustified or intentional refusal, the returned parcel will incur additional charges (including but not limited to round-trip shipping and customs fees). These costs will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • If a package is abandoned or destroyed: If the parcel is not collected within the designated pick-up period and is eventually discarded by the overseas logistics warehouse, Fruition will be unable to retrieve the goods, and no refund will be issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Please note: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 When placing an order, overseas customers are advised to carefully confirm the product type, size, and bracelet length before checkout. We perform a secondary quality inspection before dispatch to minimize the chance of defects, so you can shop with confidence.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

 Please contact us within 7 days from the day after you receive the package.

 Send detailed photos of the defect along with a full unboxing video to our official LINE account, and include your order number, name, and phone number in the message. We will assist you as soon as possible.

• About returning parcels from overseas:

 If an overseas customer sends a parcel back on their own and marks the shipment as “freight collect,” the package will be refused, and any shipping or related fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Definition of Defects

※ Incorrect items received in your package.

※ Damage caused during shipping, resulting in partial or complete breakage of the product.

※ Cracks or breaks in crystal jewelry (note: natural mineral features such as pits, internal fissures, and other natural characteristics are not considered defects).

Non-Returnable Conditions


Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

※Color & Material Variations: Color variations due to different screen displays/monitor settings, or minor elastic thread issues (such as light fraying or slightly exposed thread ends).

※Packaging & Accessories: Items returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, torn labels, missing accessories, or missing invoices.

※Measurement Discrepancies: All product dimensions are measured manually. A margin of error within ±1 cm is considered within the normal range.
